Yes, with one important difference: outdoor events use a TV rather than a projector and screen, because daylight glare makes a projected image unusable. Indoors we use the full projector and impact screen setup.

We adjust the setup, move indoors, or reschedule where that is possible. If none of those work, you get a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Since you have not paid upfront, you are not chasing us for money.

Yes, included with every rental: a full set of right- and left-handed clubs, plus both foam and real golf balls so the setup suits the space and the crowd. Also included are safety netting and a detailed walkthrough of how everything works.

That is most events, and it is usually the point. The simulator is easy enough that a complete beginner gets a good shot within a few swings, and foam balls keep it relaxed. Our most common feedback is from people who told us they do not golf and then would not leave.

Yes. You can add a professional on-site attendant who stays for the full duration of your event, handles the technology, and keeps the rotation moving so nobody hogs it.

Yes, and plenty do. A full set of right- and left-handed clubs comes with every rental, but anyone who prefers their own gamer is welcome to bring it. Nothing about the setup requires our clubs specifically.

You sign a contract and the date is yours. No deposit, no card on file, nothing collected at booking. Payment happens on the day of the event once we have set up. Signing is what holds the slot, so the earlier you sign the safer a contested date is.

Indoors we run a projector onto a 12ft by 9ft impact screen, which gives the best image. Outdoors in daylight we switch to a TV, because glare washes a projected image out completely. Same launch monitor, same courses, same gameplay either way.

One person hits at a time, but the software handles multiple players in a rotation, so groups take turns within the same round. With an on-site attendant running the rotation the queue keeps moving, which is why we recommend one for anything over about thirty guests.

We are based in Narragansett, Rhode Island, and regularly work Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Quincy, Newton and Worcester, all of Rhode Island including Newport and the South County shoreline, and Connecticut from Hartford through New Haven to the Fairfield County towns. We do not currently serve New Hampshire, Vermont or Maine.

Sometimes, and it is the question worth asking first. We need roughly 15ft by 18ft with 10ft of height. Many of the region's best-looking rooms have low ceilings or stair-only access with no service elevator. Send us the venue name and the room dimensions. Confirming the space works is your responsibility, but we will tell you honestly whether those numbers work before you commit.

November through March, heavily. The courses shut around November and that is exactly when corporate holiday parties and winter events fill the calendar. December is our most contested month here, so book it by early autumn. Summer is our quiet season, which makes a July date easy to place.
