You send a date
Date, venue and rough guest count. We check availability in that market and come back with a real quote, usually the same day.
- 02
You confirm the space fits
Check ceiling height, loading access and power against the footprint before the day. Confirming your venue works is your responsibility, not ours, but send us the dimensions or a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it will fit.
- 03
We arrive and set up
Full setup and calibration in under an hour. Indoors we run a projector and impact screen; outdoors we use a TV, because daylight glare makes a projected image unusable.
- 04
We run the event
Add an attendant and someone stays the whole time, handling the tech, teaching first-timers, keeping the rotation moving so nobody hogs it.
- 05
We break it down
Complete teardown and removal. The room goes back to how you found it.
- 06
You pay
On the day, after setup. Not before.
The space you need
Roughly 15 by 18 feet, and 10 feet of height
That's the full event footprint, the setup plus room for the people watching it. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing arc.
If you're not sure whether your room works, send a photo. We'll tell you honestly. We would rather lose the booking than turn up and not fit.

Questions people actually ask
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?
Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, with one important difference: outdoor events use a TV rather than a projector and screen, because daylight glare makes a projected image unusable. Indoors we use the full projector and impact screen setup.
What happens if the weather turns?
We adjust the setup, move indoors, or reschedule where that is possible. If none of those work, you get a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Since you have not paid upfront, you are not chasing us for money.
Do you provide clubs and balls?
Yes, included with every rental: a full set of right- and left-handed clubs, plus both foam and real golf balls so the setup suits the space and the crowd. Also included are safety netting and a detailed walkthrough of how everything works.
What if none of my guests actually play golf?
That is most events, and it is usually the point. The simulator is easy enough that a complete beginner gets a good shot within a few swings, and foam balls keep it relaxed. Our most common feedback is from people who told us they do not golf and then would not leave.
Can someone stay and run it for us?
Yes. You can add a professional on-site attendant who stays for the full duration of your event, handles the technology, and keeps the rotation moving so nobody hogs it.
What equipment do you use?
A Foresight GC3 launch monitor, the same tier of hardware used in club fitting and teaching facilities. The course library includes Augusta National, Cypress Point, Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, and many more.
