What we've learned working here
Connecticut splits into two quite different markets for us. The Fairfield County corridor. Stamford, Greenwich, Norwalk, is corporate money and behaves like an extension of the New York market, with high expectations and short lead times. Hartford is insurance and financial firms booking winter events, and it is steadier. Across both, the pattern is the same as the rest of New England: the courses close in November and everything moves indoors until April.

We check your space
Ceiling height, loading access, power. The full event footprint is about 15ft wide by 18ft deep by 10ft high. If it will not fit, we tell you before you book.

We deliver and set up
Professional setup and calibration in under an hour. Indoors we run a projector and impact screen; outdoors we use a TV, because daylight glare kills a projected image.

We run it, then clear out
Optional attendant stays for the full event. Afterwards we break down and remove everything, and you pay on the day, never before.

From November there is nowhere to play, and that is exactly when the client events, the winter member nights and the corporate calendar all land. Fairfield County expects something worth the drive; Hartford wants the room to actually fill.
A course that opens in December
We bring the simulator to your Connecticut venue from our Rhode Island base, staff it for the full event and take it away afterwards. Off-season country club nights are the best fit we have found here.

Do you cover the whole of Connecticut?
Yes. We are not based in Connecticut, but we cover the state from our Narragansett, Rhode Island base: Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, Westport, Fairfield, Norwalk, New Canaan, Ridgefield, Bridgeport, Waterbury, Danbury, Middletown, Glastonbury, West Hartford, Simsbury and Avon. Connecticut sits alongside Massachusetts and Rhode Island in our coverage; we do not currently serve New Hampshire, Vermont or Maine.
How far is the travel to Fairfield County?
Stamford and Greenwich are the longest runs in our New England coverage, and we are upfront about that: travel is built into the quote rather than appearing as a surprise line item. Eastern Connecticut and the shoreline are considerably shorter. Tell us the venue and we will give you the real number.
When is the best time to book in Connecticut?
November through March. Once the courses close, a simulator becomes the obvious answer for corporate holiday parties, winter client events, and country club member events. Summer is genuinely quiet for us in Connecticut, so a July date is easy to place on short notice.
Can you run an event at a Connecticut country club?
Yes, and off-season club events are one of the better fits for what we do, the membership already plays, the course is closed, and the simulator gives them somewhere to hit. The only thing to confirm early is ceiling height in the room you have in mind; we need about 10ft.
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
