Weddings Golf Simulator Rental in Boston

A simulator fills the cocktail-hour gap at your Boston wedding while photographs are taken. We deliver, set up, run it and break it down. Indoors year-round. No payment until the day of the event; $700 minimum setup.

Guest mid-swing at an outdoor evening event, golf simulator screen lit under string lights

Boston weddings are mostly indoor affairs, which suits us, the full projector and impact screen setup gives a considerably better image than the TV we use outdoors.

Summer is our quiet season in New England, and that is peak wedding season here. It is the one part of our calendar where a Saturday date in July is genuinely easy to book at short notice.

The constraint at Boston venues is almost always the room rather than the plan. We need roughly 15ft by 18ft with 10ft of height, and plenty of the city's most photogenic rooms do not have it. Send us the venue name, we usually know it.

Local note, Boston

New England is the mirror image of Arizona. The courses close somewhere around November and do not reopen until April, and that is exactly when the calendar fills, holiday parties, winter conferences, the long grey stretch when nobody can get outside. Summer is our quiet season here, which is when weddings and company outings take over. Boston venues are older and tighter than most, so ceiling height is the first thing we ask about.

Who this isn't for

We would rather tell you now than turn up and not fit.

  • Receptions where the room is already at capacity, the setup needs roughly 15 by 18 feet and it should not crowd the dance floor.
  • Couples who want it running during dinner service. It competes with the toasts; cocktail hour is the right slot.

Answers

Weddings in Boston, common questions

How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?

Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.

How long does setup take?

Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.

How long can I rent the simulator for?

Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.

What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?

Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.
