Weddings Golf Simulator Rental in Scottsdale

Cocktail hour at a Scottsdale wedding runs long while photographs happen. A simulator gives your guests something to do in that gap. We deliver, set up, host and remove it. No upfront payment; $700 minimum setup.

Guest mid-swing at an outdoor evening event, golf simulator screen lit under string lights

Scottsdale weddings split between resort ballrooms and private estates in Paradise Valley and Silverleaf. Both work, and both care about how the setup looks, which is why we bring the full enclosure rather than a bare screen on a stand.

Resort venues almost always have the clearance. Estate weddings are the ones worth checking early: the constraint is usually a covered patio's roof height, not the lawn.

If your reception is outdoors in daylight, we run a TV rather than a projector. Glare would otherwise wash the image out entirely.

Local note, Scottsdale

Scottsdale events skew high-expectation, resort ballrooms, private aviation hangars, backyard builds in Paradise Valley where the setup has to look like it belongs. We have worked Scottsdale Private Airport and the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, so we arrive knowing the loading access and the ceiling clearance instead of measuring on the day.

Who this isn't for

We would rather tell you now than turn up and not fit.

  • Receptions where the room is already at capacity, the setup needs roughly 15 by 18 feet and it should not crowd the dance floor.
  • Couples who want it running during dinner service. It competes with the toasts; cocktail hour is the right slot.

Answers

Weddings in Scottsdale, common questions

How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?

Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.

How long does setup take?

Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.

How long can I rent the simulator for?

Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.

What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?

Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.
